Grants are provided in amounts ranging from $100 to $2,000 (with occasional exceptions) chiefly to organizations in the Mount Washington Valley as seed money for new endeavors, for capital purchases or improvements, or for special projects. By board policy, the Foundation does not fund operating expenses. The emphasis is on activities that will enhance the beauty, culture, environment, and historical heritage of the towns and hamlets comprising the Mount Washington Valley region - Albany, Bartlett, Conway, Eaton, Freedom, Hart's Location, Intervale, Jackson, Kearsarge, Madison, and North Conway.

ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION PROCESS
