Applications are accepted only from non-profit organizations with a verifiable 501(c)(3) or public foundation status under IRS regulations; or which are governmental units using the funds provided in accordance with such regulations. Grants to individuals and organizations from beyond our stated service area cannot be considered. Inquiries and applications should be sent by U.S. mail to the Foundation for consideration at a meeting held the second Thursday of every third month beginning with February. Completed applications should be received no later than the 15th day of January, April, July, October for consideration at the following month's meeting.
